HOW MUCH FOOD IS SERVED ON THE WALK?
We stop at 4-5 places on our tour, and at each stop you get to taste several small dishes. We do not recommend having any lunch beforehand as the amount of food you will be served should be substantial enough to cover your stomach demands in the evening too. In other words, you shouldn't be in need for dinner either.

CHILDREN
Kids are welcome. You might want to consider the likelihood of whether they'll really enjoy themselves or will get bored. However, we have nothing against children coming on the tours.

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES?
Please be sure to let us know if you or anyone in your group has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, celiac, allergy, etc.) upon the purchase of your tour. As long as we know in advance, we can typically accommodate your needs.

SIZE OF TOURS
Our minimum headcount per tour is 2. Our maximum would be 8. Again, we will do our best to accommodate any special requests (i.e. solo travelers will, of course, be welcome to join other parties, as will any other number to make up the group). If a solo traveler wants to book a slot where there are no other participants at the time we will contact you as soon as other people join the group. If you desire a private tour please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to organize it.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE TOUR IN ADVANCE?
We prefer when our tours are reserved in advance, as our tours are quite small and usually sell out ahead of time. To book your tour simply click on Buy Now. However, if you want to book our tour less than 48 hours prior to it, email us, or give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

PAYMENT
We accept payments via Paypal or you can pay us in cash.

MEETING TIME
We normally start at 12 PM and the tour takes about 4 hours. Of course other times are also readily considered. We allow 10 to 15 minutes for latecomers to show up. Obviously we can contact each other if you are running very late. Optionally, we can agree on another meeting point.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Any cancellation must be initiated by e-mail contacting us at info@praguefoodies.com, and also needs to be acknowledged by PRAGUE FOODIES via e-mail. Cancellation notifications by phone will not be accepted. Cancellations more than 30 days before the tour date: 15€ will be kept as a cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days before the tour: 50€ will be kept as a cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 48h before the tour: If the tour is canceled less than 48h before the tour starts or the client does not show up, no refund will be given.
